Raggedy Ann is a pretty timeless design, though, Ragatha looks great (I say this as a Jaxfag).
Honestly I think some people are mistaking criticism for Ragatha's attitude as dislike for the character itself. I would probably describe Ragatha's personality as somewhat selfish while simultaneously being self destructive, but character flaws like that just make the character far more interesting to me. I think if Ragatha was simply just a nice person with no baggage attached or negative qualities, I would like her far less. So I don't think people should take discussion of Ragatha's negative qualities as hatred of the character.
