It depends on how well Precure is doing year by year. I don't have a chart for that like I do for Sentai or Rider, but what matters isn't how a brand is doing compared to the company's other brands, it's whether the brand demonstrates consistent returns. Sentai used to be fine even though it pretty much always sold 10 billion because it consistently sold 10 billion.

KingOhger did about as well as Donbrothers, both of which did better than Zenkaiger. Sentai could have thrived if after ToQger we'd gotten Kyuranger, then Donbrothers, then KingOhger, then another decade of shows like KingOhger. It just came too late, after Sentai's reputation was already in the toilet.
There are two big obvious downturns for Sentai. The first is Ninninger, which was a major loss after ToQger and for obvious reasons: Ninnin as a show sucks ass and Shurikenjin is still a strong contender for the most incoherent toyline they ever did. They started to recover with Zyuohger, which was good, and then Kyuranger, which was their first real attempt at a strong linear story and did better again. Then the real downfall was the one-two punch of LuPat, which is a terrible show even though every individual episode of it is good because its overarching storyline sucks so much ass, and Ryusoulger, which was ironically the most soulless, empty season that was ever made. I quit watching Sentai for a few years after that because I just lost interest, and I only came back because eventually they started making shows that were worth watching again and people here raved about them. A lot of people just didn't come back.
