I mean, think about. Why would people care to play Ken in COTW, instead of SF6, the most popular FG of the last 15 years with a huge active community and players with a variety of skill-levels? There's really no incentive for anyone to buy and/or play COTW for him unless they REALLY like the gameplay or something. Terry and Mai are also already in SF6 too(while being 10000x more cool as stated before), so that's even more reasons why they don't have a reason to play COTW.
