We've gotten pity arcs for two of the heroines thus far and will almost certainly get one for Shinobu when it comes time to find out what the deal is with her mom. It's hardly a sure indicator of a winning heroine. Picrel had a pity arc of her own, right at the end of the narrative, and still lost decisively as the only heroine to not even get a kiss.

I'm not nervous. I'll be thrilled with an Iko or Nene win, perfectly fine with a Shinobu win, and utterly disenchanted with a Rikka win. I quite like Shinobu. I do think Shinobu has been built up as the most classically-styled winning heroine, though. But hey, you know who else was one of those?
