Her persona is a cat,so nothing to do with the moon or the god of strings (like Rikka). She had an accent and Yamabuki never noticed an accent in Apollo. Apollo also hesited between 4 careers, but Iko wanted to be an idol and later a Vtuber to hide. She wouldn't have think about being a singer who put their feelings into songs or announcers who have their real names being public. She also didn't know about romance while Apollo while talking about being confessed during a fireworks show.

The entire premise of this series - literally the core concession that allows it to function at all - is Arisu's inability to distinguish between four different voices. He's a man of myriad talents and the world's most capable gofer, but this is definitely not his strong suit. Hell he met Ao Momotose face-to-face and had no idea who the fuck she was.

Iko affecting a standard Japanese accent after having moved away is hardly a disqualifying factor. Especially compared to her already having decided to be a vtuber, which is probably the strongest mark against her in the entire series thus far.

Sure, but for dialog heavy series it's not uncommon for fewer chapters to be adapted. Hyakkano adapted like 22 and still had to make some cuts. Rikka's performances will also necessitate a lot more time in the anime then the handful of panels they cover in the manga.

Personally I think that chapter 27 is the best ending point, even if they do adapt up to 32. Moving it back to cap off the season in a way that prominently features all four heroines would be a much better look than ending it entirely on The Rikka Show.
