Oh fuck it, you're right. I thought those Yellow ring batteries were from early 1990-1991 carts. But, if I can source them on Amazon. I guess it does have a replaced battery. Same battery as image related, has the same Japanese text. Might be a launch window SMW cartridge that had a dead battery.
