That kinda hard to tell unless your running 7-8 rate total reforges don't expect to get many haunting plays. Also de-ranking musical knowledge no longer boost the rate for haunting.

If you do not have haunting rate increase reforges then you won't feel it. The change makes it so based on how much you have it will tip the scale further over to always getting haunting when you play as harmonic saint..
