Eve absorbs Adam in a glow of light, and she becomes half human/naytiba. So she's basically in a Devil Trigger form now where she has a wing and can eternally use Tachy Mode.
The reason she doesn't insta-win the Providence fight is because Lily is still trapped inside. So once Lily either hacks her way out of the cockpit or gets electrocuted to death, Eve goes all out and kills it in seconds.
