Just a guess but I think you should improve your diet as eating a shit diet makes people irrationally mad, like you're being right now. Make yourself a pot of vegan chili with beans and tofu crumbles instead of meat to get yourself into a calmer state. Trust me. I was angry like you until I switched my diet and now my anger issues fixed themself with no money wasted on expensive, ineffective therapy.
