It's more of a case where everyone's dead and no one sane should care about ancient bickerings. Yes, Council didn't do as well as Luxiem, but then they somewhat recovered as Promise, then Luxiem stagnated and withered away in the great Selen Shock, then Promise fell into irrelevancy with the loss of Mumei/Fauna. It literally doesn't matter any more who was right or wrong, half of people on that screen are no longer in Niji, it's time to move on
