In preemption of the shit-stirring likely to follow: there's no fixed rules, the collages are just composed by the thread OP ("Highlighter-anon") and most, though not everyone, is content to leave it that way. I think it's mildly flattering to be included, especially more than once, but I assume it's completely subject to their taste and I'm fine with that.
