I don't follow anyone who just churns out piles of art, but I do see galleries of it from time to time. Usually they pick a character, crank out 30-40 images of said character, and post. If you use the right models, LoRAs, and such, it's not hard to get 30 viable pictures especially if you have whatever you use to make the images generate like 200 and then just pick the best ones to upload.
