The order is loosely the following:
Florence -> Lind -> Leva -> RO -> Lenna -> Lainie -> Alva -> Voymastina -> Lewis -> Helen -> sword girl
Helen is around 10 banners away. Banners last three weeks each, BUT devs are going to pair some dolls together to shorten the delay between the global and CN servers.
So count on around 7-8 banners instead, which would make her 21-24 weeks away.

RO(bella) and Alva are from the ice element, same as Helen, so you may want to get them.

That is the absolute theoretical maximum, but realistically, it shouldn't happen. Getting a doll at exactly the 80th pull is a 1 in 12 million chance due to the way the gacha works.

It is how probability works. By max, anon meant 99th percentile. Theoretically, the max for any copy of a T-Doll is 160, but the chance of that happening are so low, that it is the same odds as winning the lottery.
