the manga version is more abridged and Gelee's freak out makes her look more like a weirdo than as a full on psycho, is also more comedic since the entire subplot of Gelee pulling Kotaro around, Puniru seeing Runeru and Alice, the ep happening during a rainy day, Gelee and Puniru's encounter happening outside during sundown and Gelee getting physical with Puniru were anime only additions.
