You can also report to DOL for H1B fraud. There's so many types of fraud, and the government has honestly been encouraging it for so long, that it doesn't seem to be as simple as it should. For example, the "hiring a guy in bumfuck nowhere and then assigning him to a customer in NYC so your customer can pay less and you can defraud the h1b program" type seems like it could also be reported to the DOL.
