Vivian is in such a weird situation that she is pretty good both on Astra an on Yuzuha.
On Yuzuha, while Yuzuha doesn't directly boost Abloom by much, she boost the Anomaly and disorder Vivian helps create.

On Astra, while Astra doesn't directly boost Anomaly and Disorder by much, she does boost the sheer quantity of Ablooms, granting her 12-13 additional Abloom feathers via quick-assist, doubling the amount of feathers you can get from Defensive assist(12, which all content creators are busy praising as the best way to use Vivian without realising Astra Quick-assist is at least that good)

I don't know if it's because I didn't roll her ball but I barely got much use out of her. Her uptime is pretty bad. Burnice is more comfy to use.
