This can become an issue in and of itself in that you start perpetually looking for the needle in the haystack that you're absolutely certain you'll enjoy.
Sometimes you gotta just sit down and shovel some shit in your mouth and it might just turn out to be gold instead, or at least something servicable. The real advice to take is to never watch seasonally so you can bang out your 3-episode rule in an hour and call it a day if it sucks instead of 3 whole weeks of investment.
