judgingbfrom the angle he was hit at, and the angle of where he is (the tent) relative to this video's perspective, i have concluded that the shooter is the guy in the red shirt in the very back above everyone else
or at the very least it was someone in that direction possibly even further back, however i'm not seeing anything on that roof
