Yeah. I got a TS when they first rolled in early 2020 and immediately ordered 200rds of PPU at 65cpr. Had the exact same issues as you and chalked it up to being a 100+ year old WWI gun. Found out only a few months ago that PPU loaded the wrong size bullets, so they're too small to engage the rifling. Check your bullet diameter with a set of calipers, or by lot code. Can't remember if they even fixed the issue.
