I'm gonna tell you, since you clicked on a thread of a game you haven't played by mistake: you can't beat 5 lifebars (or 9 on hard mode) under 3 minutes without cheese. I've already watched several SoR3 videos. It's cheese or bad ending. The boss is designed in a way that it's hard to hit, and the only reliable way is with cheese.
