Modern "education" was never meant to educate.
The Prussian model was explicitly created to produce loyal cogs in the machine, unable to think for themselves.
Nobody needs anything other than basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills, which can be taught in less than 100 hours, after which children can pursue whatever further knowledge they want, instead of being force-fed a bunch of surface level scientific jargon they'll forget the moment class ends.
