the guy who made this mod made it as a fix and replacement for "Bot Improvements - Combat" mod because that mod was unsanctioned because of pic related and it looks like the author of it won't be updating it any time soon
and the description doesn't mention anything about tweaking their pathfinding, which i don't think there's any major issue with anyway
