This seems the natural end state of "good" WEG devs. 1 chunky update per a year, either delivered all at once or maybe sliced up and drip fed over a couple of micro installments. Maybe, to taste, add 1 previously well regarded actually finished smaller game that cons everyone into a false sense of security.
