I work for a major bank, not going to say which one but its one of the big 5, we've been actively encouraged to use AI for EVERYTHING for months now, if you don't use AI for certain emails/tasks you get an email from your manager (written by ai) reminding you of the benefits of using AI and how not using it is going to reflect poorly in your performance review
Financial advisors straight up ask the AI what they should be investing in then copy and paste it to their customers, half of my coworkers genuinely cannot think for themselves anymore either they consult AI for even the most basic of tasks and if the AI goes out or doesn't understand one of their requests for even half a second they start having actual mental break downs, like druggy tier withdrawals and start SCREAMING at IT to bring it back or make it work, the future is grim and completely fucked
