I’m on a crash course to completely fucking up my life and I need help.
Gained from 77.5 (cut weight) to 82 in a matter of 5 weeks (1kg a week)
I just can’t seem to get a grip on how much I’m eating and reduce. I go over. I feel like shit. I eat. I’m fatigued as fuck on dieting and can’t even make the first step to self control again.
How do I exit? How much should I be eating (6ft1; training daily).
