This was known to be in the works. An actual fairly tale and a romantic one at that. They did however say a month or so back that an unannounced project from Disney Animation had been cancelled so there's a chance it was this one. They'll probably show off their next film at D23 in a couple of months.

At least Skydance are making Gigantic.
