yeah in Straya Hamburger Helper is a filler. It's basically breadcrumbs, salt, onion flakes, and (I think) powdered milk.

I actually use this from time to time for quick n' easy meatballs or meatloaf because it does taste very nice. It has no overlap in purpose with American Hamburger Helper
