First note - while GSW shows people heating up entire container of Fleximold stuff, it's obviously bad idea as I just experienced. If I was smart enough to predict it, I would rather cut it into smaller pieces and heat up only portion at time (but no idea in what container). Placed it inside pot with water that I kept between 60C (temperature at FM is supposed to melt) and 80C (since GSW recommended not going above 83C) but had to reheat it in meantime since while center was still solid, bottom and sides was melting already. Definitely would prefer heating smaller pieces at time, which would making pouring easier and probably avoid bubbles you see at the pic.
This one is still cooling down (GSW claims it require 2+ hours to do so) but would definitely need to be redone, poured too quickly and air had no chance to escape in time. But, as my co-worker says, first pancakes are always bad or something like that.
