You think? I've had lots of success going BC first whilst playing Rek'Sai lately and she can't even use it as well as some other champs like Wukong or something can. It's great for this whole HP stacking meta and also has great stats for what it is.

She isn't getting gutted, she's just getting her midscope partially reverted. Her E is being made into true damage again and she's getting some bulk taken out of her because the changes intended to make her a bruiser were a failure.
