I feel like they realizing that the show is badly paced so now they enforcing friendship in a single interaction to move things to conclusion. Like they want us to believe that the issue lies in Jax having trust issues and self blame but its Pomni who is like "Hey lets be best friends because we finally talked for 5 minutes in between previous and this episode!". Bruh i wish that shy Pomni with Gummigoo was back but i guess the show almost over and we need something to speed things up

The show has it "up" and "down" moments where its either interesting story about Pomni and some dedicated boring episode about somebody else.

Like episode 2 is cool because it explores Pomni's love interest, then its some boring Spooky house where she's a secondary, and then episode 4 is more again about Pomni and not able to deal with NPC problem. Now we're in the "episode where nothing happens and Pomni is irrelevant" so i expect its again about Pomni's feelings in episode 6.
