When I used to stream to Cytube I used MPC -> OBS -> RaspberryPi with nginx RTMP -> Cytube
Dunno if FC2 supports ingesting RTMP directly from OBS

The stream doesn't load if you're not logged in for whatever reason. If you are, it works fine.
I tried to search for a solution but I only found one instance of a similar problem and they too were from around the UK. IIRC this also happened to another UK anon when he tried to stream.
Might be some really weird regional twitch geoblocking thing. Would probably have to ask twitch support directly what's up with that
