Sadly no. At best i've heard theories that she's Fia's grandmother or Egard during postgame saying Fia reminds him of someone else. Though that wouldn't make sense since if this is in the future like i've heard people say during prerelease then it wouldn't make sense at all considering none of the academy staff besides Skeleton-T were in any of the old games and it'd possibly mean at least Arle and Satan but considering he seemed to try to find her in 15th on his own instead of wondering where he went implies he can cross worlds, don't think he'd just abandon his world's Hell blindly just to fuck Arle somehow made it back from Primp town and then eventually birthed Arle, also pic related from the digital artbook which doesn't really line up much with Arle at all.
