ITT We ask the opposite gender anything! (Almost anything - see below).

This thread doesn't have any thread-specific rules. But there are rules that apply to the /adv/ forum, and which are (sometimes!) enforced here, that you might like to note. For example:

- No NSFW images.
- No racism (only allowed on /b/).
- No trolling, ragebait, pretending to be retarded, etc. (Also only allowed on /b/).
- No avatar posting or signatures.
- No posting pictures of yourself or personal details.

(There is another ATOGA thread on /soc/ - if you want to post contact details or toonme images, post them there; you can link to a post in that thread from here.)

While this thread does tend to turn into a chatroom, it's still nice if people stay at least vaguely on topic: questions for the opposite gender to the questioner, and answers. Here are a few things that are better posted in other places:
- Blog posts (try Plebbit, or anywhere other than 4chan, really).
- Politics (try /pol/).
- Gender wars or incel rants (try /r9k/).
- Discussion of LGBT issues (try /lgbt/).
- Miscellaneous ranting and venting. (Try the /adv/ thread called GIOYC - Get It Off Your Chest.)
- Film and TV recommendations (try /tv/).
- Stuff that clearly didn't happen (try /b/).

Technical, scientific, medical, or legal questions *can* be posted here, but you'll probably get better answers if you make a separate thread on /adv/.

Please help to make the thread better by REPORTING off-topic, low-quality, or rule-breaking posts!

Finally, if you're thinking of starting a new thread:
- Please don't, unless the current thread is either at least on page 9, or the image count is at least in the 130s.
- Remember to include all this stuff in the OP.
- Check the catalog immediately before you post to make sure you aren't creating a duplicate thread.
- Remember to link back to the previous thread (this one) and also post a link to the new thread here.
