Have him E1S1 (all earlies) and this dude does NOTHING except printing stacks and in this day and age, quality > quantity.
Also Acheron needs a buff on her ult or they can give more power into her neutral game, I find it insane that considering her damage profile is entirely backloaded into her ult, it does less damage than units spamming their skills or follow ups. She used to eat a huge chunk of enemy health and now it’s low.
But what can I say, they nerfed Cipher for no reason in beta, they just HATE the Nihility path.
