In 10 years Jokic has played less than 70 games one time and that year he played 69. A guy tried to go knee-to-knee with him once and it ended with Jokic being fine and the other guy out for the season after Jokic trampled him

Giannis has played 12 years and averages 72 games played per year. Hyperextended his knee in the playoffs so badly everyone thought he was done for a year and came back one series later to win finals MVP

Anthony Edwards, overrated meme though he may be, has never played less than 72 games

LeBron is 598 years old and just played 70+ games in consecutive seasons

Anybody *can* get hurt through bad luck but outside of fluke plays injuries aren't entirely random. Some dudes are built like tanks and some guys are glass cannons. Throwing a pity party for guys like Embiid or Derrick Rose and playing the what-if game overlooks that the frailty that damaged their career was an inherent trait. You could replay their careers 100 different ways and it would end the same way. Rose injured himself while jumping without any contact by an opposing player. What was he gonna do, not jump for 15 years?

Being able to endure the game is part of the game. Saying "what if player X stayed healthy" is not much different than saying "what if player x was a better shooter?" or "what if player x was a foot taller?" Well, they weren't. You get credit for reality, not the imaginary version of yourself that magically lacks the flaws you had IRL.
