If they slow play, they LOSE. Therefore, it stands to reason that they're not going to intentionally do something that fucks themselves over.
This is common fucking sense. Everybody isn't going to start acting self-destructive suddenly for no reason and throw games that they could win by slow playing for NO GAIN.
