I am gradually learning to give up and avoid interacting directly with people who don't "get it" and who are unable to engage or provide substantive feedback. I used to resent the idea that they may get to inherit or otherwise benefit from the creation of a world with affordances they don't deserve, but then had to even let that go. I don't think about them at all.

For example my original remote sensing threads ~2018 included bioelectromagnetics and magnetobiology, and "5G". It was immediately apparent that using certian keywords caused threads to blow up with posts that didn't resemble posting styles you tend to see. The result? Mods banned the topic.

Something like "bioelectromagnetics" won't trigger the response. But "5G" will.
