If you meant the intended Global version they'd likely have to release most of the events are permanent ones straight away or have some accelerated schedule

Most of the units are farmable (sucks if you came for Kunoichi Enrai's tits she only gets nodes in events here and there) and while only a few events became permanent, all of them are in the Archives even for people that missed so they'd be able to read them nonetheless.

Well, depending on the point of view most of the melee modding is gated behind the Steel Path so I suppose Vigor could have a more immediate result.
Not like you'd be able to maximize its use without a weapon with a Catalyst. And you will either have to use one or clear The Second Dream to earn one anyway.

The Sentients took the long way though a perilous journey to Tau. Then they built the rails.
The thing is they got sterilized after they took the quick way through the Void to war against the Origin System, so the rails should have been active and usable during a period of time before the Old War or during it.
It'd make sense for either side to destroy the Solar Rails afterwards to either avoid more Sentients coming as backup or to get rid of the risk of the Orokin invading Tau. If the Tenno were crossing all the way there, then the ''civillian'' Sentients would be at risk of Warframes and the Demons that can shoot void energies that are essentially poison to Sentients. That's enough of a reason to destroy a Solar Rail.
