That means she'll do as much as she can to avoid it, and she did so for half the story so far. Denji on the other hand would cut down his own family and loved ones (Nayuta, Power, Makima) and the people who sacrificed everything for him (Asa) when a whiff of a stranger's cunt is involved. This stark contrast between utter trash like Denji, and a cartoony villain like Yoru, is meant to show you who the real villain of the story is. Protip: the final villain is not Yoru as you can already tell, since right now we're not in the final arc.
