For how you draw faces you need to make a few small but important changes. I tried to do them here without changing the style too much so you can see.

First, the eyes are too close together. Typically you want around one eye of space in the middle between the two eyes.

Second, the forehead is too small for the anime style you're going for. Go look at some references and pay attention to how truly massive the space above the eyes really is. The more cute the style the more brain room.

Third, the ears are a little too high and disconnected from the jaw. Start thinking about the connection between the jaw and the ear to help guide your placement. They are intertwined.

Last, the hair has no volume and the shape appeal is off. This is my biggest struggle so I can't tell you exactly how to fix this, but avoid repeating exact shapes like you do for the bangs, and don't make the long strands so bendy. It messes up the form of the head.
