/pol/ - ARE TIME TRAVELERS REAL?
Anonymous United States No.513942308

My theory is that the time machine is like a room or a box. Anything inside of it can safely travel back to the point where the machine was first turned on, after that there is risk of interference. It's possible that you can shrink it to the size of a soda can and send a message in a bottle explaining how to make a machine, thereby increasing the distance you can travel back in time. Obviously that risks exposing you.

>it's just a machine!
So are women. My life got a million times better the day I accepted that 99% of what a woman says is essentially just noise. They don't have strongly held beliefs or opinions. Their brains are essentially random thought generators run by an emotion engine. Look up "imp of the perverse." That's basically how a female brain operates all the time.
>"I'm fine," she said, when in fact nothing was fine.
>"Honey, I wish you would open up to me a little more." After hearing her husband bear his soul to her, immediately leverages this in an argument leading to divorce.
>"I can't find a good man!" exclaimed Rebecca, who had dumped or rejected 27 gainfully employed men in four years.
Let the men fuck the robots who cheer them on and make them feel worth the time. Let the women fuck the oversized mute dildos.
/pol/ - Young People are Miserable
Anonymous United States No.509221829

I think a lot of you are just overly defeatist and dramatic. You fear failure, which is why you will never succeed at anything.

Stop watching the TV. Get rid of your social media. All of this shit exists to put you in a state of fear. A statistic of people in aggregate means nothing to you personally as an individual; a 50% divorce rate, for example, does not mean that your marriage has a 50% likelihood of ending in divorce. It could be much higher or much lower for your marriage. You will probably never be a millionaire. You don't need $1million to be content.

At some point you need to come to terms with the fact that your life is a function of the choices you make. You can choose to be miserable or choose to be happy. Choose happiness. Choose greatness. Choose whatever. Just don't choose to do nothing and give up, because then you might as well choose to be dead.
