That isn't God's law for the unbeliever. In a proper Christian nation Christianization is mandatory for any migrant with few exceptions. The quote refers to assembled Christians to come together in Christ. Which it still isn't too late to come together and drive out wickedness. It doesn't say open the floodgates and let unbelievers take over, nor does it say you can't have borders. Also, Jesus spared the adulteress as a demonstration of his ability to forgive, adultery remains a sin that is strongly admonished. Christians don't just pick their beliefs by building a strawman off of one verse, but atheists think they can influence Christians the same way. Interpretation is about consistent messages by wholly studying the Bible and doctrine.
