This became a little more obvious as I got older, but I don't think she's necessarily narcissistic or ADHD or whatever, she's just 15, and 15 year-olds tend to be assholes.
She still goes WAY over the top with Mikuru and Computer Club, no excusing it, but I doubt a 20 year-old Haruhi would be anything like that.
