Overlapping segmented dick plates are a techmarine thing, as are stripped pauldrons, or with interface ports.
The beakie techmarine was clearly cleaned up to make it a Siege breaker, but they still left clues. Not to mention the absense of a MkVI techmarine (because that was the model for it)
