yes theoretically always possible but in practice people dont run around and do RCE against a bunch of random servers.
People however do in fact actively work on developing sprays but thats always about trying to crash players, not actually getting a remote code execution done. like yeah sure every few years theres a problem with spray exploits again and again, but you know what? these re-occuring problems are just the sprays crashing players, not remote code executing them.
