i'm looking to get my mom into a very basic regular workout routine. the only good bodyweight/calisthenic infograph i have is pic related. i figure we'll be doing 5-10 minutes of 'yoga'/stretching then the BW routine

any regular routines aimed toward 60+/older crowd?
