There is something profoundly ugly about Serena's second hairstyle in the anime. Its length or thickness feels off. Despite resembling the bob hairstyles of Renako Amaori and Anisphia "Anis" Wynn Palettia, it lacks their charm. I believe the character designer messed up somewhere.
