Hey so assuming you're not roleplaying how does someone get into talent management? I've had a number of successes of helping obscure artists I liked find their audience and I've been wondering if I could make money doing this for people.

Also is there something about being creative that makes you unable to market yourself properly because I'm realizing it's super common that good artists are fucking retards when it comes to finding exposure meanwhile uninspired hacks know all the best ways to massage the algorithm and I'm pretty sure why garbage e-celeb brainrot content is so omnipresent these days. Like I've had to explain to multiple artists I genuinely consider talented that: People aren't going to recognize your work just because you put your motherfucking illegible signature in the corner, uploading two pieces to a booru once a month and disappearing is not going to get people to follow your twitter and no one will join your discord IF YOU DON'T FUCKING LINK IT ANYWHERE!
