single player games were 50 dollars for such a long fucking time, and then one company pushed the envelope to 60 and you retards ate it up anyway, so then capcom started trying for 70 and you retards ate it up anyway, and then nintendo was like "okay ret'sa go" and pushed it to 80 and it sold gangbusters. gamers are the worst fucking consumers of all time. they just buy and buy and buy without thinking about what they're enabling with their purchasing power. i 100% expect a company to produce greedy scammy nasty shit in the pursuit of profit, but we could stamp it out if we stopped giving it our approval by purchasing it. sadly this will never happen.
