Slavs with money and a decent job tend to emigrate less, we literally arent sending our best. I inherited a really nice 95 square meter apartment in the capital and have a good IT job. I have 0 reason to move for money, when I don't need money. All my friends that work in western europe fucking hate it and genuinely become miserable and depressed. Its literally mercenary work. And I want western europe to be a nice place to live in, it just isn't for obvious reasons. Namely non-whites and a lack of freedom.
